We really know our market. We don’t work in every single sector within the construction industry – we work just in one, and we think we are pretty clued up who’s who, from Directors down to trainees. That sector is housing, from large scale RC frame urban regeneration schemes down to luxury traditional build plots, working with Main Contractors and Property Developers in the South East of England; ranging from family run businesses up to multi-billion pound PLC’s.

The great thing about focusing on one sector, is we can spend our time creating long term relationships with candidates – so when you need a key member of staff, we are already talking with every suitable candidate in the market.
